Hilary Book — Litigation Star
Hilary Book brings nearly two decades of trial and appellate experience to her practice at Affleck Greene McMurtry. Benchmark Litigation recognizes her work across commercial litigation, product liability and recall, and professional liability matters. Her practice covers contractual and shareholder disputes, commercial real estate litigation, professional negligence, fraud and conspiracy claims, and cross-border issues. Hilary has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of court in Ontario on motions, trials, and appeals. Moreover, the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory lists her as Most Frequently Recommended in Corporate/Commercial Litigation — the highest designation in that publication’s peer review rankings.
