Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP recently welcomed two new Associates to their experienced Commercial Litigation and Competition Law team: Kyle R. Taylor and Daphne H. Hooper.
Kyle Taylor, Associate, Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP, brings a unique combination of competition and commercial litigation experience. As an Associate at the New York office of a global litigation firm, Kyle represented Fortune 500 companies and individuals in all manner of complex class actions, competition cases and business disputes, including corporate, contract, securities, fraud and malfeasance, real estate, and international litigation. He has experience in major jurisdictions in both Canada and the United States, including provincial, federal, state, and appellate courts.
Daphne Hooper has been with Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP since 2015; first as an Articling Student and now as Associate after her Call to the Bar, Ontario. While Articling with AGM, Daphne proved to be a talented and astute member of the team while assisting on a range of civil litigation and competition law matters.
