Gas retailers fined $2 million for price fixing

March 20th, 2012

Canadian Tire Corporation, Mr. Gas, and Pioneer Energy LP pleaded guilty to fixing the retail price of gasoline in Kingston and Brockville from May to November 2007. They were fined a total of $2 million.
