AGM Partner David Vaillancourt was quoted in a recent Law Times Article reporting on his recent victory in an appeal at the Divisional Court. David represented an employer in the case, and successfully defended the appeal of a former executive employee who was attempting to avoid the application of an arbitration clause in his executive employment agreement.
