Maple Approval Leaves Canada with Regulated Monopoly Stock Exchange
In a surprise move, the Competition Bureau cleared the Maple Group's bid to acquire TMX Group, Alpha Group, and Canadian Depository Services on July 4, 2012. Kenneth A. Dekker
