Since 1993, Affleck Greene McMurtry has been a well-respected commercial litigation and competition law boutique. We are trial lawyers.

We are seeking a lawyer with 3 – 5 years of litigation experience, preferably at a large firm or commercial litigation boutique, to join our team.

We offer a dynamic and diverse workplace where you will be exposed to different areas of law in corporate and commercial litigation, competition law, class actions, securities litigation, construction litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and regulatory and administrative law.

The ideal candidate has worked on complex litigation matters and has courtroom experience. (Even if your courtroom experience is limited, we will get you on your feet.) You will also interact at high levels with our clients.

We encourage our lawyers to have well-balanced legal careers.
